SocketMail Professional License Agreement

By installing and using SocketMail Professional on your server, you agree to 
the following terms and conditions:


One (1) single license of SocketMail Professional is for maximum of 
two (2) CPUs. 

A SocketMail Professional license grants you the right to run any of the 
software or components or scripts on multiple servers or machines for the total
number of CPUs of the servers (that the software or components or scripts 
runs on) do not exceed the number of CPUs allowed by the number of license 
purchased. 

All customers must submit the URL where they are using (or plan to use) each 
license. The URL can be emailed to info@creative-dr.com. 

SocketMail Professional source code may be altered (at the owners risk), 
but the software (altered or otherwise) may not be distributed or sold to 
entities beyond the license holder without explicit written permission. 

All SocketMail Professional copyright notices within design templates must 
remain unchanged and visible. To purchase a copyright removal license, please 
contact our sales department. 

SocketMail Professional may not be used for anything that would represent or is 
associated with an Intellectual Property Violation, including, but not limited 
to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual 
property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, 
trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals, corporations, 
or other entities. 

You must ensure before purchasing that your server complies with all system 
requirements and is capable of running SocketMail Professional. 
License fees will not be refunded if your server fails to run SocketMail 
Professional. 

All license fees are non-refundable.
 
If any terms are violated, we reserve the right to revoke the license at 
any time. No refund will be made on license fees if a license is revoked 
for breach of this license. 

Standard support will be provided only via the community forum. We do not
guarantee a minimum response time. We reserve the rights to remove your
access to our community forum shall we deemed your postings are considered
harmful and abusive. Registration of access to the community forum is not
automatic and you must register it manually.

Disclaimer of Warranty 

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT 
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES 
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY 
OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND 
OF PURCHASE PRICE.
