SocketMail Agent License Agreement

By distributing, installing and using SocketMail Agent on your personal 
computer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A SocketMail Agent license grants you the right to distribute the executable
file to your end user. You shall not resell SocketMail Agent or charge your 
end user for the use of SocketMail Agent. 

You must have a valid and active license to run SocketMail Lite/Pro.

SocketMail Agent executable code may not be altered in any way. To purchase 
the source code, please contact our sales department. 
 
All SocketMail Agent copyright notices within design templates must remain 
unchanged and visible. 

SocketMail Agent may not be used for anything that would represent or is 
associated with an Intellectual Property Violation, including, but not 
limited to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the 
intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, 
service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by 
individuals, corporations, or other entities. 

You must ensure before purchasing that your personal computer complies 
with all system requirements and is capable of running SocketMail Agent. 
License fees will not be refunded if your personal computer fails to run 
SocketMail Agent. 

All license fees are non-refundable. 

If any terms are violated, we reserve the right to revoke the license at 
any time. No refund will be made on license fees if a license is revoked 
for breach of this license. 

Standard support will be provided only via the community forum. We do not
guarantee a minimum response time. We reserve the rights to remove your
access to our community forum shall we deemed your postings are considered
harmful and abusive. Registration of access to the community forum is not
automatic and you must register it manually.

Disclaimer of Warranty 

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT 
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES 
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF 
THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR 
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
